1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CommentIQ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

CommentIQ is a web-based platform that allows users to analyze YouTube video comments using AI-powered sentiment analysis, categorization, and data export tools. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change without notice.

3. Products and Pricing

CommentIQ offers the following subscription plans, all priced in Indian Rupees (INR):

• Free Plan: 3 analyses, up to 100 comments per video — ₹0
• Starter Plan: 50 analyses/month, up to 500 comments per video — ₹499/month or ₹4,499/year
• Pro Plan: Unlimited analyses, up to 2,000 comments per video — ₹1,299/month or ₹11,999/year
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited analyses, up to 10,000 comments per video — ₹3,999/month or ₹35,999/year

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST may be applicable as per Indian tax laws.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyze private, restricted, or copyrighted content without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service
• Use automated scripts to abuse the free trial system
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without permission
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service while using our platform

6. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact.teamrkg@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the software, design, and branding — are owned by CommentIQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. YouTube comment data analyzed by the Service remains the property of the respective content creators and YouTube.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that analyses will be error-free, complete, or accurate. Sentiment analysis is AI-generated and may not reflect actual human intent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommentIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
