To request a refund, email us at contact.teamrkg@gmail.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Order ID (found in Account → Payment History)
• Reason for refund request

We will review and respond within 24 business hours. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Email contact.teamrkg@gmail.com to request cancellation
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• Your data and past analyses remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation

4. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Free Trial

The free plan includes 3 analyses at no charge. No refund applies to the free plan as no payment is made. Trial analyses are non-transferable and non-extendable.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at contact.teamrkg@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve any legitimate billing issues promptly.
